Will-call is generally available at all branch locations Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary by location, contact your local branch to confirm. Some branches offer Saturday morning hours as well.
Yes. When placing an order through the portal, select pick at checkout and choose your preferred branch. Your order will be staged and ready for pickup.
Enter your PO number in the designated field at checkout. If your account requires a PO number for all orders, the field will be marked required. PO numbers appear on your invoice and can be used to search your order history.
Orders that have not yet been picked or shipped can sometimes be modified. Call your branch as soon as possible to request a change.
Yes, we deliver directly to job sites throughout our service area. Provide the job-site address at checkout.
Open the portal and navigate to Deliveries. Active deliveries show estimated arrival windows updated throughout the day. You can also call your branch for a real-time status update from the driver.
Log in to the portal and go to your dashboard. Scroll down to see all tickets including invoices. You can filter by date range, invoice number, or PO number. Invoices are available as downloadable PDFs.
Login to your account and navigate to your dashboard and click Make a Payment. You can pay by ACH or credit card. Payments are applied to your account the same business day.
Login to your account and go to Account. From there you can invite new users, set their permission level (Purchaser, Accounting, or Admin), and deactivate users who no longer need access. Changes take effect immediately.

Yes. Contact your account representative or branch with the manufacturer and part number. We can place special orders for items not stocked in our standard catalog. Lead times and minimum quantities vary by manufacturer.

Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and vary by product. Plimpton & Hills facilitates warranty claims on your behalf. Contact your branch with the invoice number and a description of the defect. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the claim.
SDS documents are available on request. Contact your branch or account representative with the product name or item number and we will provide the current SDS from the manufacturer.
Stock items in original, unopened condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid invoice. Special-order items and electrical materials are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply. Contact your branch to initiate a return.
