ATCO #048 is UL 181, Class 1 Air Duct and is manufactured with a black, heavy duty polyethylene jacket which complies with the HUD
requirements for outdoor mobile home or modular home installation. The UPC #048's inner core is air tight and is designed for low to
medium operating pressures in HVAC systems. A double lamination of tough polyester which encapsulates a steel wire helix forms the air
tight inner core. The double layer core is wrapped in fiberglass insulation blankets to provide the R-Value. The core and insulation are
reinforced with scrim, and sheathed in a rugged and durable black seamless polyethylene jacket. ATCO #048 is designed to be used as
a supply and return air duct connecting a self contained HVAC system to the main air duct of a mobile or modular home, a complete air
duct system and/or branch duct when a horizontal or upflow HVAC system is used in a mobile or modular home, and as a Crossover Air
Duct to join the main air ducts of a doublewide mobile or modular home.

ATCO's UPC #010 insulation sleeve is constructed of a thick fiberglass insulation blanket sheathed in a reinforced metalized
polyester vapor barrier jacket and supplied in 5' lengths, with an extra two inches of jacket length for overlap. A starter cap is included
in each carton. The 5' length UPC #010 insulation sleeves are designed to slip over standard sheet metal pipe and provide a fast
economical job site installation. The UPC #010 pipe sleeves are designed for indoor use only, and for HVAC systems not
exceeding 250 degrees operating temperatures.
